Built tough for demanding use
The horntools transport box is made of durable, 3.6 mm thick polyethylene. The material is particularly robust and less prone to dents than traditional aluminium boxes.
Additional UV stabilisers protect the material from intense sunlight. This makes the box ideal for regular use when camping, on off-road trips or as a permanent storage box in the vehicle.
Securely fastened and lockable
With the lashing eyelets on all four sides, the transport box can be securely fixed with tie-down straps to the load bed or a suitable roof rack. With the right strap routing, the lid can still be opened while the box is strapped down.
The sturdy latches keep the lid reliably closed even on uneven terrain. In addition, the box can be secured against unauthorised opening with a padlock.
Easy to clean thanks to the drain
After an off-road adventure, the tool or recovery box can get dirty. Thanks to the integrated drain in the base, the transport box can be easily rinsed out and the cleaning water drained away conveniently.

We have transport boxes with 50, 70, 102 and 150 litres as well as the flat roof box with 98 litres. It is best to measure the items you want to transport and allow some extra room all round. Yes, all horntools transport boxes can be stacked. Only the roof box is excluded.
Extremely sturdy. Our transport boxes are built for tough use, whether off-road, on the building site or on the road. They reliably withstand impacts, vibrations and rough conditions.

A damp cloth with a mild detergent is usually enough. For a thorough clean, lift out the water drain and rinse out the box, and water and dirt drain away completely. The 98 L box has no water drain. Please do not use abrasive or solvent-based cleaners.
Passt soweit prima, steht dem Jimny gut. Nur bei den aufgeklebten Logos hat man anscheinend gespart, die waren bei Ankunft schon abgefallen. Hab sie wieder dran gepappt, mal sehen wie lange das hält. Nun die Aufkleber schränken die Funktion nicht ein, nur wenn sie wieder abfallen bleiben sie ab, dann gibt's halt keine Werbung mehr für Horntools ;-)
Alle top, jedoch wäre es besser wenn die Löcher für das Vorhängeschloss etwas größer wären. So ist es etwas funneling, da noch „Innenliegend

Haben inzwischen zwei von den Transportboxen auf unsrem VW T5 im Einsatz und sind sehr zufrieden. Durch das Befestigungssystem kann die Box super mit Spanngurten auf unseren Airlineschienen befestigt werden und ist auch im montierten Zustand zu öffnen. In einer Box haben wir den Tisch und zwei Stühle von Horntools, welche gut Platz finden und auch eine super Qualität haben. Auch die Skandinavische Kälte konnten den Boxen nichts anhaben und in beiden entstand keine Feuchtigkeit.
Habe zwei von den Dachboxen im Einsatz. Durch die Möglichkeit der Befestigung im geschlossen Zustand sind sie sehr schnell auf den Airlineschienen unseres Dachträgers montiert und jederzeit zu öffnen. Auch bei extremer Skandinavische Kälte war der Inhalt beider Boxen immer trocken. In einer Box haben wir den Tisch und zwei Stühle von Horntools verstaut, was gut passt und mit denen wir auch echt zufrieden sind.

Die Box ist jetzt dauerhaft auf der Ladefläche meines Toyota Hilux. Sie hat eine gute Grösse, und neben dem nötigen Nothilfematerial hat auch ein 5lt.Dieselkanister Platz. Da sie wirklich Dicht ist, bildet sich auch kein Kondenswasser. Dank Organizer besser Ordnung. Jetzt habe ich die Sitzrückbank frei für Personen oder anderes Material das kein Regen verträgt. Das Preis zur Qualität ist auch in Ordnung. Und die Lieferung war auch Prompt. Danke

Tolle Box. Sie passt bequem auf den Rücksitz des Autos. Wertige Verarbeitung mit viel Stauraum. Ob sie wasserdicht ist, haben wir noch nicht getestet.
Sieht wunderschön aus und fühlt sich sehr hochwertig an. Besonders on Kombination mit dem organizer im Deckel entsteht sehr viel Stauraum.

Die 98L Box hält viel aus, ist wasserdicht und die integrierten Gasdruckfedern zum Öffnen des Deckels sind perfekt, insbesondere wenn man die Box am Dach des KFZs montiert hat. Lieferung sher schnell - alles gut!

Super Box, erfüllt meine Erwartungen
Die Dachbox mit 98L eignet sich hervorragend um zusätzlichen Stauraum zu schaffen. Sie lässt sich absperren und in meinem Fall waren 2 Spanngurte ausreichend, um sie auf dem Dach sicher zu befestigen. Im inneren bietet es sich an, zusätzliche Taschen oder Ähnliches zur Organisation zu verwenden. Die Box schließt auch schon ausreichend mit der mittleren Schnalle, um den Inhalt im Camp vor Regen zu schützen. Somit schneller Zugriff auf die verstauten Gegenstände.
Das Material ist sehr Robust und man kann die Box bedenkenlos auch als Sitzbank verwenden.
Aktuell habe ich eine 98l und eine 70l Box, beide haben ihre Vorteile. Wenn ich mich für einen Typ entscheiden müsste, würde ich die 98L Version nehmen.
Die Box ist echt Top und der Organizer ein Traum aber ich vermisse Gasdruckdämpfer wegen den Deckel und zur Entlastung der Schaniere. Hab welche selbst verbaut .
Die Box ist super! Funktional und stabil. Leider für unsere Zwecke deutlich zu massiv. Daher leider zurück. Das hat aber nichts mit der Qualität zu tun.
Die Box ist groß genug für das Vorzelt des Elements und sieht dabei super aus.
Die Transportboxen (50L) sind angenehm leicht und leicht mit oder ohne den Griffen tragbar. Wasserdichtigkeit am letzten Wochenende unfreiwillig geprüft. Gute Qualität und Spitzenservice bei der Bestellung von Horntools. Danke für den Support!
