1. Delivery Times
Switzerland
- Regular delivery time: 4–10 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, product size and the workload of the shipping provider.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and displayed transparently before completing the order.
Free Shipping from CHF 300*
Orders with a value of CHF 300 or more are delivered free of charge within Switzerland.
*Excluded are oversized items or products with a shipping weight exceeding 32 kg (including packaging). For B-stock items, deviations are possible. The shipping weight stored in the system is decisive.
Roof racks are mostly delivered free of charge. Exceptions are in particular models with a shipping weight exceeding 32 kg.

All prices include customs duties.
Different shipping costs may apply for oversized items or items with a shipping weight exceeding 32 kg. This applies, for example, to large winches, drawer systems, winches with steel cable and other bulky products.
Delivery to parcel lockers is only possible in exceptional cases.
3. Returns
We voluntarily grant private consumers a 14-day right of return.
Details and conditions are set out in our return policy. Return shipping costs within the 14-day return period are borne by the buyer.
To register a return or claim, the designated form must be used.

5. Shipping Partners & Tracking
Shipping is carried out with established logistics partners. Once the order leaves our warehouse, a shipping confirmation including tracking information is automatically sent by email, provided tracking is available for the respective shipping method.
For bulky and freight deliveries, the shipping provider may contact the recipient by phone before delivery, provided a phone number was supplied with the order.
